the staff was friendly. the place was exceptionally clean. it smelled wonderful in the lobby. it was quiet.

I would have liked more of a variety for breakfast. too many carbs.

I was able to check in at my convenience and the staff was super nice. The rooms were very clean. The hotel lobby was clean and they made sure we were taken care of. If in town again I will definitely stay here again.

What a horrible experience myself and my husband had...I booked the Reservation thru Booking.com online and in the pictures advertised on the site made the place look beautiful and comfortable but boy was I Wrong!!! We got there and it was a dump!! There were dumpsters on the side on the building, yellow tape blocking of part of the parking lot, the pool was covered and had stuff on top, the siding falling off, some of the sliding glass doors were broken, the place was very dumpy. Then inside the room was disgusting. The floors looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in months, I found 2 earrings on the floor, peanuts, cigarette butts, fruit snacks wrappers, an open bag of swedish fish, among other stuff, the microwave had some kind of liquid on the plate and made a loud buzzing sound when opened, the refrigerator was dirty and smelled, the pillows and sheets had spots of blood on the, the were a dingy yellow color, the blanket was ripped and had cigarette burns, the room stunk of cigarette smoke, the pool was closed, in the laundry room, neither the washer nor dryer worked, none of the vending machines worked, we got 5am wake up calls that we never asked for, and I was charged for breakfast for the 2 days we stayed and they didn't even serve breakfast. The workers were rude all except the overnight girl, it was in the worst area possible too. Place was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! WE WERE SOOO UNHAPPY WITH THE RODEWAY INN IN ROCK HILL SOUTH CAROLINA.

It was no breakfast.

The rooms were clean; yet, there were bugs all over the place. Also, the housekeeping staff never even attempted to knock on the door to “clean” the room but knocked when it was “CHECKOUT” time.
