It was located in a very nice location. It is a quiet, lake community, a beautiful area.

Location. Front desk clerk was very nice... It was very quite no problems at all.
The air doesn't work all the time. It kept shutting off... And in the bathroom the shower to pull the pug up to make the shower starts that came off from the wall

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and quiet.
The mini refrigerator was not working properly and my Giordano's frozen pizza I picked up in downtown Chicago melted. No refund offered, just an excuse that no one told them it was broken. (Don't you check to make sure rooms are operational between guests?) Also, breakfast was chincy and there was zero coffee!

Location good.
The place was not clean, air conditioning didn’t work in mine or my brothers room. Hallways smelled of bleach so strong it chocked you, and beds were very uncomfortable.
The patrons were fighting in the hallway outside our door!
We will never stay there again!!

There was a charge for pets. The room stunk. I didn’t smoke in there. They didn’t recognize my reservation. Cost was higher than I was led to believe.

The person who checked us in was very friendly and professional
The carpet was filthy. It was wet on the floor on the window side of the room. the bathtub had an area that looked like dirty water had laid in there and I could wipe it clean. just lots of decor and room could use some updates
