The staff in the morning was exceptionally friendly in serving breakfast and checkout. The man at the front desk asked personal questions about our stay and for any feedback we could give. I feel that personal questions like that are a great touch.

There was something nasty still on the chair in one of our rooms. Cleaning needs to be a little more thorough.

Disgustingly dirty, very rude check in staff, dirty sheets feces on sheets, body fluids on the bed cover and sheets, mascara on washcloth and hand towel, broken toilet, mold in bathroom, bad smell, dirty disgusting chair, noisy refrigerator, dirty footprints on bedsheets, stinks outside, cigarette butts all over the place, completely gross in every way. Bring a hazmat suit if staying here.

Holes in carpet air conditioning did not work well very warm in room. Bath tub would not drain had to stand in soapy water to take a shower

This place was very dirty,I booked online while traveling,

The bedding and pillows were disgusting ,the air conditioning wasn't cooling and full of dust and I wasn't given a refund and had to go book another room at hotel across the street

I submitted a request for cancellation which was granted but still have a pending charge. We went to the hotel and checked in. It took a bit to unload and when we entered the room it was awful. There were flies everywhere, the sheets had stains and hair on them, mold around the toilet, a huge stain in the bath tub, no toilet paper, everything in the room felt damp, the ceiling and carpet were stained. I approached the front desk and told employee we were not staying there due to room conditions and she told us to contact you since I booked through a third party and you would handle it. So that’s what I did and have yet to hear anything but still have the pending charge and we were there 30 minutes only.
