Did not do breakfast/ I thought it was complimentary. Comfy bed.

Did not like bathroom arrangement & sliding wooden door. Difficult to close for an elderly person. Also the shower door leaked on the floor at the toilet.....

I loved it

This was hands down the best hotel I've ever been to, it exceeded my expectations. Everything from the entertainment, the environment, and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. I loved the dim lighting, it was very calming. Even though other guests were enjoying themselves and moving around, it maintained a respectable sense of peace and quietness. The lighting definitely set the tone! There was a pleasant aroma through the halls on every floor that I'd never experienced before. I will look to stay at this hotel for every outing I have soon. I'm a fan!

Scented air throughout

There's a restaurant in the hotel but no info in the rooms. Tv remote didn't work well.

From the moment I walked thru the front door . I was greeted with open arms and smiles The young woman was Christene,she was over the top friendly and very professional.as with every employee .that I encountered.I spent two days here and I was treated with the very upmost respect and friendly professional service that one could ask for. I shared pictures of my home state of Alaska with the employees. I feel so grateful for all their spirit in helping with my stay. Thank you very much for. Very Respectfully Hugh Rosa

Great location

The property was dated and not what was exhibited on the website. There was no free breakfast as advertised either.

The air in my room did not work, nor was I able to access the guide on the TV

The bathroom setup is nice and the bed was comfortable. Staff was exceptional including the hard workers of housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and attentive to my needs.

Elevator was broken and price per night is high for the area.
