The location was great close to freeways and restaurants.
Very dirty!!! The room we stood in smells like a sewer. I complained to management and they said they would move us rooms and they never did. I then complained to someone else that was at the desk and she happens to admit there was a clogged toilet previously and the carpet was soiled. It honestly was very uncomfortable. My little one got sick we ended up in Urgent Care. DO NOT WHATEVER YOU DO STAY AT THE HOTEL!!!! Save your money.

The staff were very friendly and accommodated my requests.
So, the room was clean but the shower had little pressure and the a.c. didn't cool the entire room.

Location was convenient
It was being renovated and I was not informed; also pool was closed as well. Overpriced for the lack of amenities

It was close to the freeway
It was run down and dirty. Water pressure was horrible. Called for towels they said IF we have any they’ll take them to you. Never received them. The price was not worth the hotel

Night staff, she was awesome. Super helpful. Location was good. Bed, comfortable. Fridge, microwave, lights, pool/jacuzzi 'til 11pm, A.C., shower, Bible! 👍🏻
There was a bug on the bed. The toilet was hard to flush. Only 2 towels. I think there should be at least one more toilet paper roll, just for good measure. Only one small shampoo bottle. Not a big issue, but room wasn't very pleasing to the eyes. Hotel was a bit messy in general.

Hotel smells very bad and dirty and upon checking in they changed my reservation from two queen beds to one king bed. I had my family and did not fit in one bed there excuse was they over booked. How is that my fault

Leaving
Rooms were filthy, my feet were literally black from walking on the carpet, unequipped with towels, no one at the front desk to help, fitness room out of order. The hotel looks like they are going out of business, everything in disrepair. Extremely disappointed!

Nothing
I didn’t like that every night we got back to the hotel and had to get my key reactivated and the rooms had mold in the bathroom.

The bed was nice
The room just seemed not to be very clean. The TV Guide chart was sticky in an odd way. There was a hole in the bathtub.

The room was dirty, stains on the bed and walls. My family walked into the room, and after 1 minute we ran out. The room smelled like smoke and mold. It was not safe for my family to stay. I asked kindly for a refund at the front desk, and they refused. I never leave any comments, but I don't want another family to go through this horrible experience.
Room was dirty and smelly.

Inexpensive, comfortable bed
Outdated, many facilities not working or closed. Several holes in the walls of our room that needed repairs. Surfaces of dresser, table, and nightstands covered in water earrings. Just kind of dingy.

That there was availability.
I would say it's equivalent to an old Motel 6.. It's old and not kept up very well and does not make you feel really safe.

I like the convenience of the location. It's right off the 71 freeway and there are nice food spots near by to hang out at.
It smelled like cigarettes from lobby all the way to 4th floor. Unfortunately, there weren't any extra utilities available such as towels, pillows, or a roll out bed. The A.C. unit is pretty loud too.

location
tv remote was missing the back and the power & volume button didn't work. The reception on the tv was terrible. There were only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel in the room. I had to ask for a bath mat and wash cloth.

Staff was very helpful, I would stay again because the staff were attentive. I like the front desk staff. They did their best to assist.
There was no drain plug for the bathtub.cable was faulty, possibly the cable company's fault. Towels were not replenished in a timely manner (laundering so had to wait all day for a shower). They need a larger supply of towels. No wash cloths. I'll bring my own next time.
