This is an older hotel, but it's very nice. Great staff, clean, well stocked , very quiet.

No internet connection. Took one hour at front desk talking to tech support on the phone. Room needs updating. Windows were very dirty.

Kind and helpful staff. The property is clean and well-maintained. Coffee and tea are available 24/7.

The corridors are a bit smelly. And we had some noisy neighbours upstairs, which is not an issue with the hotel, to be honest.

The bed in my king studio room was very comfortable. I had driven 6 hours that day and was so happy to sleep in that comfy bed. The room itself had everything I needed, including a full size refrigerator, microwave, plates, glasses, utensils, paper towels and dish soap. The room size was very generous and the sitting area was comfortable with both a couch and chair. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I had the free breakfast downstairs one day and there were plenty of hot and cold choices including scrambled and boiled eggs, yogurt, various breads and cereals. I was visiting people for the weekend and would stay here again. It’s close to many cute shops, antique centers, and eateries to meet up with friends either in Shelburne or Burlington.

There are two Ascend Suite buildings in the same parking lot and google maps sent me to the one that is for extended stays. The actual hotel is the one closest to the highway. It’s not the hotel’s fault, but it can be confusing if you go to the wrong one. The bath soap is awful, bring your own.

The breakfast was great. The coffee was very tasty. Front desk staff were very friendly.

The room smelled like cigarettes, the hallway on the 1st floor smelled like rotten feet, the bed had springs poking out, and room 310 was adjoining to my room and there was a dog or other animal scratching at the adjoining doors all night.

Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Recommended a great restaurant for dinner!

The property is definitely in need of a renovation and repairs.

No housekeeping ( no new towels, no replacement of toiletries) small parking lot. Room had stains on the carpets and couch. The air conditioner wasn’t really working so I removed the filters and they were filthy, it worked much better with them removed,

Staff was great. Breakfast was very good.

Room was dirty & smelled like smoke. Furniture was stained & disgusting.
