The outside
the room was advertised as a Deluxe room which most hotels have a separate room or a sleeper couch. I had to get another bed for my 13 year old son sleeping in the same room as his parents. No privacy for him nor parents.
The room was crowded. and not enough room for us at all.

the next door family was really loud. we could hear their toddler cry out and we could tell the parent was not giving the toddler any attention

First room I got, the tv wasn’t working and the complimentary water was open and half empty. second room didn’t even have complimentary water they said they ran out of water.
