Had roaches when I booked it was for smoking room when checking in all rooms changed to nonsmoking

Room clean- no bugs and spacious- with our money Staff was nice and helpful. We were only 13 mins away from town and the price shocked me when I booked cuz it was so close to downtown
The only problem we had was the toilet , but I think it was all over town. We went to the convention center and the flushing was not any better . But Nothing else was needed as far as we noticed as far as services and room necessities.

it is easy on and off gulf freeway and plenty of food within a few minutes drive-
The bed is a bit firm but not really a problem- im used to a soft bed at home. Neighborhood is a bit rough but the complex is well lit at night and didnt experience any issues.

Close enough to downtown without losing and arm or a leg. Located close to a tram station that got me around town.
Train and team noises. Amount of soap and lotion was almost inadequate.

1/2 block to tram system. Never needed to use a car for the entire stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was updated and was very beautiful.
No coffee is available on site or in the room, but this is not uncommon across the nation. It's not a big negative.

We went to Houston for a 4 night stay and 3 concerts. The location was about a 10 minute drive away from everywhere we needed to go. For the price, this was a perfect place to stay for my friends and I.

Location, size of the room
They charged $15 extra to check in early. Even refused to store the luggage till check in time and refused to let me wait in the lobby till check in time.
No elevators, you take your luggage up the stairs.
No breakfast.
Old building in need of an overhaul, seems like a very cheap motel by the looks of it.

The room was very clean and neat and spacious. Everything worked properly. Staff was courteous and prompt.
The location was good, for my purposes, but it was right by a train track. There was a lot of train noise through the night. I would recommend ear plugs!
