The people were all very welcoming
There was a motor cycle group in the pool when we were there, drinking in the pool and smoking 😏

The overall room was amazing and the location of the room itself.
The in room jacuzzi had hair in it.

Over all the staff was great and very friendly. The room I got was clean and so was the hotel. It was a nice place to stay.
I thought was booking king room with hot tub and fireplace as in the photos of the room, however, the room was nothing like the photo. No fireplace and looked like i got the cheaper king room that was available despite me paying the extra for the better king room. It was kinda pricey. It was pretty load from others in their rooms. you could hear the showers etc all night. Breakfast was good but the Biscuits and Gravy was pretty bla compared to how I make mine, sausage had zero flavor.

the pool area was nice and clean.
we had bugs in our first room, then got switched to another room and it smelled so bad and then finally got put into the final room and that was a really nice suite.

Third time staying at this hotel and it's always a pleasant stay. The Staff are friendly and it looks exactly as advertised. We will stay again when we visit our grandchildren in iron river, MI

We stayed 2 nights for my daughters wedding. The staff was outstanding!
Friendly and efficient. I was able to use a conference room for my daughter to get dressed in for her big day. I was so appreciative of this convenience. The continental breakfast was wonderful and the staff readily helped my husband as he is disabled.

looked around parking lot so if we opened blinds people could see into our room. need a heavier blanket. soap dispensers in shower would be more environmentally friendly.

Everything! My son is always excited for breakfast every morning, the pool and hot tub are a plus too.
The hot tub was closed off the first 2 days of our stay and we lost power briefly one evening, but stuff happens, it wasn't the end of the world.
