The location is great. The room was clean and cool. Check-in and check-out was nice and simple.
We didn't have soap in the bathroom to wash our hands, so we had to use our body wash. The pillows were flat as pancakes, and the mattress felt like I sunk into it. This was my second time staying here, and the first time we stayed, I don't recall the bed feeling like the springs were gone. Overall, it's not a bad place, I'm not sure if it was the room we were in. We needed new pillows, the mattress was like the springs were gone, and soap in the bathroom.

Room was dirty. Blood stains on inside of comforter in several spots. Also unexplained charges on the room that staff can’t answer and requested I call back the next day

Outside Doors sometimes wouldn't open with key card, random fire alarm going off at 2 Am and had to leave the building

Room was comfortable, clean. Except the hallway where my room was located; huge moth type bug was on the wall, spiderweb all over one of the fire extinguisher are with live spiders, mud all over the hallway carpet, something had be spilt on the tile by the elevator was the my entire stay.
Gentleman that checked me in double charged me. I pre-paid for my room though booking.com. Upon check in he ask for a card for incidentals, which is fine. He charged the entire room again to my card plus the incidental hold. I am still working with booking.com to get my payment back. Huge inconvenience!

The staff was really nice.
The bistro was never really open, as a result I had to buy some noodles. One of the noodle packages was defective so I put it back just to grab one that was also defective although I didn’t know until it was too late. I took it out to eat and the package disintegrated I’m my hands and the noodles landed on my thighs giving me second degree burns. The room was also very damn for the majority of my stay. Some drunk people banged on my door at almost 3 in the morning and one of the male employees asked if they could join me in my room. The toilet sheets slammed every time you put the seat down so loud I could hear any time the nest room used it. The showers while nice we’re not cleaned great when I checked in. The tv would go to the homepage out of the blue and I had to unplug the light in the room under the tv or it wouldn’t turn off. Even using the switch. I honestly wish I could get a portion of my money back. I don’t think I’d stay here again unless I absolutely have to.

Great location with easy access to Bank of America Stadium and Uptown!
The rooms on level 1 are TERRIBLE! Our room was so humid the sheets, walls, your phone, etc. were wet from condensation! Staff didn’t seem to believe us since they checked the room after we had to leave air on 65 to help clear out the humidity !

I booked this hotel thinking it had a bar at the bistro. When I saw your hotel on line, it showed a mixed drink in the picture. Only to be disappointed.

The fact my room was giving away without me being notified. And I was told I should’ve been there by 3 in order to get a room but I made reservations 2weeks before it was time . So I had to call around and drive to fort mill sc for a room

The cleanliness of the room, common areas, and outside was not at the level of a Marriott name.
My neighbor had the TV on all night, I could hear it very well they should work on sonorization for a hotel supposedly recently renovated (according to their website)
Option for dinner exists but is quite limited and quality very average.
Cherry on the cake, when I showed up for Breakfast 7;30 it was closed. I asked the receptionist (hard to get her looking in my direction) and was answered "The guy in charge did not show up". nothing more, not a sorry, not an option...just does not care. knowing there is nothing around.
Indeed in my top 5 of the worst hotel experience...and I travel a lot.

I liked that the staff was nice and welcoming when we arrived.
I didn’t like that we woke up continuously throughout the night with a mouse in our room stuck in a box. We did not receive a refund nor phone call from the manager after leaving.

Staff was great, but didn't get to stay at the hotel because there was zero rooms and the system didn't properly reflect this.
The fact that I spent $60 in Ubers to and from this hotel only to be informed there are no rooms and the system has an issue. I was refunded as expected, but had to book another hotel and spend more money traveling to another facility.

Nice towels and comfy bed
Bathroom floor was covered in hair. Shower dirty. Carpets not vacuumed. Lots of people loitering around cars outside.

The convenience of the shuttle to CLT airport was the best part of my visit. The driver was prompt and kind.
The elevator was out of service. My room was on the 1st floor which felt like a basement. It had low ceilings that looked to be cracked from water damage. The baseboard and bathroom were also in disrepair. The pillows were of poor quality and there was no way to control the temperature of my room Consequently, it became very stuffy overnight. Around 4:30AM, someone started tapping on the doors nearby which disrupted my sleep.
