EVERYONE in the group woke up with a crick in their necks.

I liked that my room was warm (it was cold outside) and that the lights were on. I liked the location they put me in. It was quiet even though there were teen basketball players in the building.

I have never been in a room where there is visible dust on the furniture. Like it hadn't been used for a while. Also, I didn't have a hairdryer. Received one from the front desk.

Nice wide space for the wheelchair.

Refrigerator not working, no walk-in shower for a disability room, no wheelchair accessible way into the eating area, no trays for a person in a wheelchair to take breakfast back to their room.

The manager was wonderful. Rochelle, the evening desk attendant was so kind and really took care of my sons and I We stayed a week and a half for the holidays (on vacation visiting family) and it was a wonderful stay. The breakfast was so good and lots to chose from. The breakfast cook/ attendant was also so welcoming. Thank you Englewood Ohio Best Western for a great stay!

Ross checked us in and was very pleasant. Didn't get the lady's name in the breakfast areas, but she kept the area very clean and was very nice and helpful. Staff was very pleasant and nice.

Bedding was old and the bed was very uncomfortable. Did not meet my PLUS standards for a Best Western Plus.
