There's no dislike right now. Well my room is always by the freeway, but I dealt with it. I still gets my sleep. Reservations are always in my name not Dennis. My name is Darlene Hardeman Williams. They always do that. Next time get the name right please.

The staff member who checked us in was wonderful. The accommodations were fine.

I was charged for an additional night. My son left the property at 10:55 by Uber. Christina who was working on that Friday stated that my son was told at 1145a that he would be charged for another night and he said it was ok. I asked her to describe my son and her description was completely off. She said she went into the room and saw his belongings, which is impossible because I have the Uber ride information in a screenshot and it shows that he was picked up at 1054and dropped off near Milpas street in Santa Barbara at 1112a. WShe was quite rude and told that someone called me and warned me about the charge. No call was made. I asked for the charge to be reversed and was told that she followed policy. For the record this policy was not communicated to me at check in, nor was it on my paperwork. To this date, I have not received a call from the manager or a refund. Because of this, I cannot recommend your hotel at all.

Definitely not quiet at all....heard music all night. But it completely understandable..people are on vacation they wanna have fun. . .music didn't bother me...I knew what I was in for. ...a motel is what u rent to only sleep in while u spend all day sightseeing, eating and swimming at local beaches.

Only thing I would change is the size of the towels...they small ! :) lol...I. a chunki person...I know everyone is fit that lives near the beach...but my fat ass really needed a proper size towel....other than that..great vacation spot

Friendly staff quick check in and check out. The location was near what we were doing. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels.

Was only offered rooms on second or third floor we choose 2nd floor because they don't have an elevator so you got to hike all your stuff up those flights. Was kinda miffed also where she put us there is no parking anywhere near the room so no elevator and now a trek from the parking lot. The pillows and the bed were like rocks not everyone likes extra firm every thing. The bathroom vent was very noisy like it's on its last leg. The rooms are so small the 2 beds were almost touching each other differently not designed for 2 full size beds. I have stayed at many motel 6 locations and this was the smallest by far. The funny thing was the bathroom was huge it could have been half the size and made the bed area bigger.

The bed was hard and the shower was dirty . Bought a soda from the vending machine and it was expired
