The sheets didn’t even fit the bed. To small. I’m not sure the bed had been changed.
Mold all around the shower/tub.
The place looked very dangerous.
We did not stay there. Requested a refund, not sure if we’ll get it or not.

Very close to the airport, planes are loud so beware.
Hole in the bathroom door. Cracked porcelain in the sink, rusty towel rack, flies and gnats everywhere and saw two roaches. One in the bathroom and one in the bed. Can hear everything outside so need headphones to sleep.

The price was decent, which was the drawing point for just use if the pool
The pool is only 5 feet, so the teen wasn't happy due to it being so many people unable to swim.

They allow people to hang around all types of times of the night. There were people standing in front of my room have a full blown conversation at 3am.

Bathtub was very far off the floor (could've easily fallen), office workers weren't very friendly, hotel location wasn't great and room smelled awful!!

Location was okay and easy to get to. The bed was comfortable. Staff when I checked in and out were really nice and gave exceptional customer service.
Hotel room walls were dirty, especially in the bathroom. There was mold growing all in the shower. Looks like no one ever cleaned the baseboards in the bathroom or around and behind the toilet. Bathrooms could use a serious update. Refrigerator and microwave was filthy and rusty.
I ended up going to get cleaners and deep cleaning the entire room.

Not to much to say about this that was good
First thing first as soon as we got there it smells like weed. Then we went into room my husband went to use the bathroom and it was stop up with blood all in the toilet. Called to get it fix and we had to fix it ourselves. Then the people in the room right next to use laughed all night long from 1:45 till after 6 in the morning so I didn't get any sleep at all I canceled the next night and got another room.

They must have recently renovated their rooms because I was very impressed with the room. It was up-to-date and very clean. I would definitely come back here.
I was gone most of the night but when I came back in the morning someone had already come to clean my room. I would think that you would wait at least until after checkout.

They need to rename this to the roach motel the roaches are huge and plentiful and the rooms are dirty, major draft of cold air in the room

staff was kind, location was excellent!
Roaches in the room!! Shower was very small, no water pressure, they changed my room to smaller beds, and the room was smaller, and they didn’t even contact me ahead of time, so I had no choice but to take it coming off the highway from a 10 hour trip

The women at the desk was the sweetest and kindest person. I absolutely appreciated her and her sweet words on Christmas.
