The location was great 😃

The front desk person had lot of attitude and was disrespectful with the language he was using as well as his mannerisms . Will never go back to this hotel.
The toilet flooded the whole room as soon as I flushed the toilet.

Location is close to shopping areas and dining
- dirty rooms, floors were dirty, dusty all over, bedding was dirty, smelled so bad that the vents were dirty of pet hair, smoke and lint.. walls are filthy of stains
- asked for another room, front desk person said no
- asked for a refund, front desk person said no
At the end, I was offered an air freshener for the room.. it’s gonna take more than an air freshener to clean that room..

I liked that it was close to many stores. That people were quiet in other rooms.
I didn't like that there was pet hair on the beds and on the floor under the bed. The front desk clerk could be a little more welcoming.

Location, was all this hotel had to offer
Used to be a well maintained motel 6. Now it's just falling apart. Dog poop and cigarette butts all over. Railings are rusting through, and paint is falling off in large areas everywhere on the railings. People living in rooms, like apartments. Perimeter fencing falling apart. Floor laminate in rooms coming up, also floors were not mopped, could see bare footprints, from previous guests. We made sure to wear socks or shoes and did not go barefoot in the room. showers are so small, no hand towels. Bathroom walls are dirty and yellow dripping down the wall, from shower steam, a.c. unit smelled horribly like mildew, only the fan on it worked. The bathroom ceiling fan sounded like a plane was landing. Door knobs in both bathroom and front door were grimey, from a lot of hands touching them. Couldn't wait to check out.
Also, front desk guy, sucked, we didn't understand how we booked 2 rooms on the same card, and the other room, was put under, our moms, name, as a seperate guest, so when we said we had booked 2 rooms, he copped an attitude, when we kept questioning it. He asked if there was another reservation for flores, i said yes that's me. His respose was, ok there you go.
But that one had nothing to do with me, i made my own reservation, and had nothing to do with the 2 rooms my sister, reserved, that ended up getting separated, He Was very short, and made you feel stupid. When we asked if there was a reservation for my mom, gave her name, and he found it. We asked for my mom's room and my sister's room to be next to each other. Because my mom is elderly with serious health conditions. And they didn't even do that. But we weren't gonna argue. The counter guy already, had pissed us off. But being the bigger person, I apologized for the confusion.
165 bucks, a night is not worth the stay at this Motel, NOT EVEN CLOSE. Even during tourist season, way over priced, just because they're in the woodlands village area.

Washer an dryer worked great. Room was clean and had no musty smell. Only came across one staff but interaction was professional. Can't really hear the freeway noise which was great considering it was right outside
The vent made a loud/screeching noise and the toilet was loud when the water would fill back up after flushing. Hand railings were rusted off.

The location of the property
The property was DIRTY!!! From the dust bunnies under the beds to the shower having mold. The room has a no smoking sign on it. But when we turned on the shower tiny water droplets formed on the ceiling were yellow, which is a sign that previous stayers were smoking in room 118.
Another thing that I didn't like was that there was BLACK MOLD in the shower. The whole time my family was there we took sponge baths in the sink.
Also when my key stopped working I went to the front desk and she kept asking me what room am I in? I told her 4 times its room 118. She repeated 4 times one-one-eight???? And then asked if she could hold my baby.

Location is walking distance to the grocery stores and restaurants which is nice. There’s also beautiful pathways to walk with family and friends.
The walls are super thin and we heard the people next to us and above us at all times. Also behind a freeway so we could hear cars all day and all night. Our room door didn’t close all the way either.

We have stayed here before as they are pet friendly and hadn't had an issue. This time around with the weather at 32 degrees, our heater didn't work so they brought us a small room heater and the sink faucet was shooting water every where like a sprinkler. Other than that our previous stays were satisfactory.
