No free breakfast, just coffee. Perfect location. Quiet hotel, every room has a balcony.

for us the 1/2 mile walk to the downtown was perfect. Also how clean it was
forgot to mention to staff that the coffeepot in our room overflows

Good location, nice pool
TV service is horrible and dated. Everyone has issues with it and the staff at the desk are rude and not helpful.
Some units are new and some are dated

The flowers were beautiful outside the front of hotel and loved that we had a porch to sit on off of our room.
