Dirty towels Beds are too hard Pillows are lumpy Blankets was very scratchy

The price seemed good at the start. It was close to the major highways/off ramps. Easy to get to.

The "kiosk" with the zoom employee was unusual. I never did ever see a motel employee onsite. He told us rooms were available but he couldn't book one because the "system was down" but I could book thru a 3rd party and he could check me in. (which i did thru booking.com) Upon arriving at the room, the door was open. The carpets and floors were dirty. You could also tell they were in the process of painting (and with bad color choices but that's not applicable). The beds seemed clean and we were only staying the night and leaving early the next morning. During the night there was some sort of very loud bbq party happening outside our window. I called the "front desk" several times with no answer. Well, much to our surprise we woke up to an ant infestation. They were in the beds and all over the nightstand. We again tried to call the "front desk" several times with no luck. We went downstairs with all our things and found a new person on the front desk zoom kiosk machine who we explained the issue to. He proceeded to blame us for not telling them it was a problem when we checked in. He just said we would have to call Motel 6 and talk to them. Which I did. I spoke with someone from customer care and they are "reviewing the complaint" which will take 5 days. I will be very, very unhappy if nothing comes of it.

Price was right, location was close to the highway and easy to get to.

Check in was virtual and hard to understand. We waited a long time to check in. 3 people in line left to find other accommodations while we waited. Common facilities were dirty, elevator was filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaning in a long time. The room had some dirty linens, trash and dirt on floors. It was suppose to be an ADA room and didn't appear to be, could not take a shower because it wasn't accessible.

TV didn't work. Didn't like the electronic registration. Very few electrical outlets for the number of devices we had.

no toilet paper, the frigid was nasty inside, open and use soap in the bathroom, yellow spot on pillow case, no trash can, only one lamp installed out of all lamps inside, no control remote for the tv, window can’t be lock, ice machine out of order, drinks machine out of order

The convenience of having 24 hour checkin through the virtual staff. I also liked the option to book a smoking room for a family member who has mobility issues (and is a smoker). There is ample parking and close to a gas station and intestate. Decently priced for what it is. The bed was fairly comfortable though.

The check-in time on the website says 2PM. When I arrived at 2PM I was told I couldn't check in yet. I had a very tight timeline because of a graduation at KSU at 3:30PM. Luckily our 2nd room (the smoking room) was available so we could freshen up. I also didn't like that smoking rooms were sprinkled in between non-smoking rooms. The entire 3rd floor smelled like an ashtray. The rooms are old and outdated and bathrooms look dingy.
