The scent in the lobby, it was deceiving.

Roaches on the bed, in the tub, on the TV stand and chair. I asked 4 a refund and was denied.

Room had new furnishings. location was great. staff was very friendly.

exterior and lobby gave me pause… it appeared a little dated/worn- but the interior and room itself were fine.

Nothing. It was dirty. Curtains had portions missing, holes in wall, bedding had pee stain, hair all over pillows and in refrigerator, bed was soaked from condensation from a/c unit. Pics are not of this place.

Nothing nò privacy. Walked in our room twice first morning there with the lock on door opened right up. Had hard time getting towels to use. No housekeeping three nights there but as soon as we left to go eat our room was entered and ransacked to point even sheets ripped off bed .

Clean and convenient to the campus. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Overall not a bad stay.

Shower mat was dirty. New towels are needed. They were thin. Outside appearance of hotel could be updated and repaired.

Everything the pool was closed the hotel had a very weird smell when we got to our rooms there were food stains on the sheets cigarette burns in the blanketsstaimed up chairs the stand they had in the room was broken

Decent hotel place to stay clean and close enough to all the restaurants in town .

Shower didn’t work but didn’t bother over all since water still came out the faucet.

The room was clean the first one. A smoking room.. Then on my second night we was made to switch rooms, a non smoking room so they say. Was furnished with a ashtray!!! But I reserved a smoking room.

And then they start charging my card a extra $100; $50; $15 + a$84.78 for a room I did not ask for. Talk about some con artist!!! But my bank was quick to get my money back. I think I should get a free room for a night out of all the trouble I had to go through.

Laundry was close to my room

Very loud, banging all night, hear water running . Was never any breakfast left when I would get there. I did not like how dirty the place was, pool was green, glass door smeared , just not a pleasant stay

staff was friendly and accommodated us by canceling the second night for no charge.

The building was run down the hallway tile floor was filthy. The bathroom had mold in the shower.

There was nothing I liked about this day it seem like everything was wrong. The staff was not very helpful or accommodating and would not allow me to cancel my reservation. Even though the pool was not open and I could not get the room I requested in non-smoking.

The staff did not seem to want to help me with my needs. The room is not clean properly there was still hair in the shower and I could see cobwebs hanging off the lights. Not to mention there was stains on the bed and I felt like I was getting bit up all night and the room had a lot of moisture in it. I also felt like I was getting bit by bugs during the night and was very itchy.

Pool was green and not suitable for swimming. Tub faucet \shower valve didn't work right, rooms weren't clean.

The bed was comfortable. The sheets were bright white and the pillows were great. The AC blew cold icy air which I loved. The sink was updated. Had a really good night's sleep.

The pool water was green and you could not see through it. I asked the staff about it and they said it was normal and OK to swim in. No thank you. The tub was dirty. There was quite a few spots in the room that were in disrepair. The shampoo/conditioner was clearly used and half-full. Breakfast was so-so but you expect that when you pay such a low price. There needs to be a plug socket by each side of the bed to charge phones. Room could use some deep cleaning.
