A decent stay

I liked the friendliness of staff, the pool was nice. It was close to a grocery store, several banks, and several fast food places.

Continental breakfast was gross and almost gone by 30 minutes after it started at each of my stays. The pool and hot tub had too many chemicals. Which burnt our skin.

Trip

Location right off interstate.

There been some improvement but parking lot still needs repairs. Got to room bathroom was clean but strong bleach smell. Went to use microwave still had a old McDonald's sandwich in it. Cobwebs on the ceiling. Also cable or satellite was real fuzzy in and out. Even stranger was in Platte City Mo but weather alerts kept cutting in from Texas.

Good clean place to stay. Good people and more!!!

Good decent breakfast with great hospitality. Coffee is available the whole day!!!!

Schedule to MCI has to be done 24h ahead. But the staff kindly gave us a ride anyway. Thank you.

Very poor

I did understand they were under construction and things weren't in place yet They were good about trying to get correction.

I did not get breakfast we went down at 8:30 and there were no eggs,sausage ,biscuits and gravy., They had no bagels, pastries and the refrigerator was empty. I asked about getting these items restocked and put out again. I was given a dirty look and nothing was done. Soon she unplugged the juice machine this was done ahead of 9:00.

Disappointing and not worth the rates.

Convenient location. Clean facility.

Paid for a double Queen room and was given a double full room. Clerk insisted it was a queen. Online Pet deposit states $20 but the clerk said those prices were not updated and guests are expected to pay the higher price of $35. Breakfast is very disappointing.

On entrance there was a sign about reneovation, didn't see any works but it NEEDS it!

Staff were frosty, room had a HUGE cobweb (and an envelope for a tip for house keeping) It was clean enough but clearly just the basics. Bed was old and it was noisy. Excessive noise from other guests checking in very late and the air conditioning system.

Close to the destination I was there for. Friendly staff. Easy to access from interstate.

No coffee in room. TV stand looked either chewed on or had gotten wet and was warped or lament was pulling away where refrigerator sat.

Parking lot has a lot of tire dips which fill up with water. Hallway carpets need a major cleaning. One light bulb burn out food or something left on floor never got vacuum up.

The pool was clean and open. The beds were clean. The food area was clean

It wasn’t clean at all. Dirt in the hallways blood on one of the doors. The bathroom smelled pretty bad. The jets on the hot tub didn’t really work

Pleasant and comfy stay

Great staff! Very clean and maintained establishment. Highly recommend. Indoor pool and hot tub were amazing even in the winter time.

Gym could use some improvement.

Close to the airport. Clean & quiet.

The heater in my room was loud when it would turn on. it kept waking me up.

Hot stuff cold. Cold stuff old. Selection was a joke

Hot tub not working but all said it was to get our reservation. Rude guy at front desk. Grumpy unhappy man

We chose that hotel because it had a hot tub indoor, but it didn't work. And the breakfast wasn't very good. The gravy was so runny I thought about using it for cereal

Comfy place to spend the night during your road trip.

Hotel was very clean, and bed was comfy. I didn't like the coffee, and the breakfast was "meah". Good news is there was a Waffle House, right down the street!

Fraudulent hotel

I booked this hotel because the web site said they had a free airport shuttle. The hotel sent me a confirmaton and said to schedule the airport shuttle 24 hours in advance, which I did. When I called the next day to reconfirm, they told me that since I booked on line, we could not use the shuttle. I told them that was a "bait and switch" tactic and was not happy with it. When I called them again later, they told me that they had cancelled my reservation, but they had not informed me that they did. I had to make a last minute alternate reservation.
