Location to the beach and restaurants, rooms are decorated nicely, pools are nice and clean

Air conditioning seems to be an issue in a lot of rooms. Our first room it kept shutting off so we had to switch rooms at 11pm on our first night. Our second room didn't seem to get cool either. The thermostat said it was at 70 but it seemed much warmer. Other guests were saying the same thing about their rooms. Also the beds were extremely uncomfortable with a big divot in the middle on both beds. Both my husband and I had to sleep on the edge for any support.

I liked everything about this resort. Very cozy and so close to the beach. It made me feel like home. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

It was the best ,looking foward to be there next year ,100% location, staff and comfort.

Everything was excellent.

Room was very nice. Interior decor was really pretty. Code to enter door was convenient. Pets able to stay also! Walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and shopping. Able to secure our bikes safely in the backyard under stairs, so out of any rain.

Noisy neighbors, young adults, partying till 3 am. Asked them around midnight to hold it down, which they did. Then woke up at 3 to noise again. Called security to come handle. Checkout was pretty early, 10 am. After the bad night sleep, and eating breakfast, this was pretty early and unable to accommodate a later check-out for us.

Location is perfect, there are some rooms closest to the beacc, but all of them are very well located, in the middle of everything. Restaurants.

Well the reception is not friendly people, just hi and go. they were no helpful at all.

There was no breakfast. The location was excellent! Close to everything. The beach is a 2 to 3 min walk to the beach. The pool was right out of the suites door. The view in the pool are was beautiful for me.

That the pool was open until sunset. There are cameras everywhere we followed the rules but some people didn’t and they party until 2am in the pool, my husband and daughter were very upset with the situation.

Our bungalow was perfect. The location, screened in porch, cleanliness and friendly staff made this a perfect spot.
