The location
The air conditioning is controlled by the front office the room was very dingy and dark and not clean the shower had very little pressure and the staff was pretty rude

Easy to find although difficult to turn into since located on a busy throughfare. Cordial welcome by staff members. Located near WalMart & other eateries.
Needs renovation (update decor; better mattresses, sheets, softer towels, need to defrost freezers between guest, and provide individual and hirer quality soap, shampoo, and conditioner).

Location was great, easy access to beaches at South Padre Island without having to pay for services not needed or used as most of the time is spend outdoors / the beach. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
