The area is fabulous and plenty to do.

Had a nasty storm and lost power for nearly 48 hours. I understand the staff was as frustrated as guests, however there was no mention of any reimbursement. We had to go ask for updates, flashlights (didn’t work well) and extra blankets. No cooking, morning coffee, etc. Paid additional resort fees for services that were not available.

The check-in is supposed to be at 3pm, we arrived 5:30 and they told us the room wasn't ready we asked again at 6:40 and they said they didn't have an estimate time... How's that possible?

The room is spacious and come with all utensils needed for a family gathering. The facility looks nice but we didn't use it. However, there was BBQ grill in the balcony allowing us to be creative in making holiday meals.

Be aware of the pitch to buy the timeshare. However, the sales were not too pushy so we were ok with it.

It was nice to have two full bedrooms, though the beds were set up as twins, when we expected one king and one queen. the staff did correct this issue and put the two bed together. the location of Worldmark Windsor is really nice for wine weekends.

The interiors of the units were very dated. NO USB ports for cell phones, TV's were not smart TVs and the remote in one of our rooms (6109) was not functioning all of the time. The fire detector in the main bedroom was just hanging from the ceiling?? We find it interesting that they press the "timeshare" of these condos, yet the units are so dated? Not something we would ever consider as hotels are more up to date and offer better interiors etc., and housekeeping. Finally, a 10AM check out is just not reasonable, especially since we had to wait over 2 hours at check in for one of the units to be ready. It would make sense for the community to allow for a later check out for this fact alone, but they really need to get in line with normal check out times.
