The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked that’s it
1. Horrible smells cig/pot 2. Disgusting carpet 3. Dirty, dusty, musty. 4. Health dept closed pool but front desk said it was open, people using and mgmt kept propping gate to pool open which hid the sign. We’d close it and they’d reprop it open. 5. Poorly lit 6 sloppy drippings poor quality repaint, out dated and broken furniture 6. No hot water not even Luke warm - question this causing a health hazard for water from heater - bacteria 7. Breakfast? Sparse not as pictured 8. Phone in room not ever connected at wall not working 9. Towels? Given basically hand towels instead of reg towels/ 2nd day we did finally get full sized towels.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Good location.
If you're going to remodel while there are people staying in the hotel, they should at least throw away their trash as they go. There were piles of carpet scraps and vinyl baseboard in the halls both nights I was there. I also like the new look, but the painters weren't very careful because there were drops of dried paint on the floor, bathtub, counter, and headboard. I hope you'll be putting lamps back in the room also, because the wall lights are insufficient.

The rooms had a pet smell to them, and tainted all my belongings that I had to them leave out for a week just to get rid of the odor.

Location
There was a loud party (music, people yelling) at 3:45 a.m. in the parking lot right next to my room. I tried calling the front desk to complain and nobody picked up. When I complained upon checkout, the front desk lady said she knew about the party and didn't do anything about it.

it was ok..
service was terrible. No room service or even towel service. when I went to front desk to request more towels.. I had to follow the woman to the laundry where they rolled their eyes at me because I requested 4 towels and wash clothes (one fir each person in the room). and then she gave me 2 towels, 2 bath mats that she said were towels and 2 wash cloths. The breakfast was not great., no creamer for coffee or lids, no napkins (said they were out).. very rude male employee manning the breakfast station. Old worn down accommodations but fairly clean.

I thought the price was too good to be true and it was. So the only good thing was that I hadn’t wasted any more money than already committed to.
The property was dirty and dingy from the parking lot with trash all over it to the hallways with garbage and dirt/dust on the floor to the room with old tattered curtains, bedding, and furniture. The images online were deceiving. The bathroom was dingy and the toilet didn’t flush properly. VERY bad experience.

The jetted tub was clean and in good repair. - this was the reason we chose this hotel.
Facility was old, not updated at all. Room smelled like incense. There was no desk chair in the room. There was a small arm chair that was absolutely thread-bare.

Location is convenient to where I’m working.
Rooms not clean. Had dirty handprints all over the vanity and shower walls. Over a four night stay and the cleaners never entered the room to change linens or empty trash.

Convenience to the activities we had planned
Staff apparently didn't read my message at time of reservation regarding our pets. Then, they accused me of bringing them to hotel without authorization. They put us in a room that wasn't for pets and then blamed me for being in a room that didn't allow pets. I told them, at time of reservation, we were bringing 2 dogs and requested a follow up with regard to any additional fees. I didn't hear back from them, other than a message which states our request had been approved.

This hotel has my favorite type of rooms.
Staff was rude, terrible and lied to me about being booked up. I once stayed at that hotel for 3 weeks . Now with this new management it seems like they don't want anybody to stay anymore. NJ by û
