Rude staff when we checked in. Dirty bathroom floor. Broken blinds that let light in all night.

The night front desk person was not available to let us enter and exit during the night, doors were locked.

Breakfast was great. Plenty of food for everyone. Many varieties to pick from. The rooms looked clean, but we had killed two roaches while staying in the room for two hours. We did get a room change from the front desk he was very nice and helpful. At first we didn’t feel comfortable, but it was. A suite he moved us to and it was far from the previous room we had. But do BE AWARE of this.

Rudely spoken female at the front desk. Not interested in helping me figure out why my new room key wasn’t opening my door. Come to find out they issued another guest the same room they gave me which prevented us from entering into our room with all our belongings in. She gave me a hard time just to get this issue resolved. Not to mention if you stay more than one night housekeeping doesn’t enter your rooms to clean them or place new towels in your rooms. I won’t be staying here anymore nor will I recommend staying here to my family and friends.

The design and style was really appealing, southwestern feel and look.
