Not walking distance to any bars/restaurants. Thought I was getting a room that faced the Gulf.

We loved the comfy bed & the sofas were comfortable & clean. A nice amount of dishes & silverware & other kitchen appliances.

Only one luggage cart & it was not available when we needed it.

I liked that when we arrived and booking .com put us in a different room than we chose. Vacasa absolutely hooked us up and made it right. I chose my room because of the view. Booking had us looking at the parking lot. I paid for an ocean front view. Vacasa gave us a beautiful view condo even though it was not their mistake. Thank you so much for fixings the issue fast. And really went above and beyond.

The memory foam mattress was not my favorite.

How liked the view and how close it was to the beach! It was also really close to all the restaurants and entertainment. Close to Destin! I liked the set up in the condo!

The only negative that I found was there was no pots and pans to cook with. There were utensils to use but no pots and pans. I bought groceries but majority of it went to waste because I could not cook.

The pictures are not anything like the room. You have to know the difference from beach view and beach front even tho we book beach front. The door does not have a extra lock it just automatically so when you have a autistic 4 year old that can open doors they are able to run out no problem and their solution was to tell us to go buy something to put in front of the door. The whole unit was nasty and dirty the vents had 2 inches on dust on them and the air only stayed on for 20-30 seconds and then go off to the point we had to go buy fans and a mop to clean.

Floors were not clean at all was sand dirt, food on the floor. And the front bathroom smelled of urine.

Pull out sofa bed was terrible. An the room I saw on booking.com was not the room I was offered when I got there.
