When my husband and I arrived at this inn, we got there around 11pm with no extra charge. The guy at the front was incredibly nice and greeted us quickly. The room was very nice as well.

Although everything else was perfect, the top blanket on the bed was a bit dirty, but I wasn't too sure if it was just stained or not

The customer service was exceptional and the room was very clean. The K suite with 2 bathrooms was perfect as I was traveling with kids. Loved having my own bathroom, and a little extra privacy with the doorway between the rooms.

The grounds and the rooms could use some updating. My room did not look as nice as the one in the picture in line.

Pet friendly.

Requested a ground floor. Got the highest and farthest. Room was not clean. Hair and cotton pads near sink. Shower pan is slippery, no grab bars. Be careful.

It's an old motel, but well kept and surprisingly clean. Owner was very helpful and recommended nearby restaurants and where to get cheaper gas in Arizona. The parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. There weren't a lot of TV channels, but that is certainly understandable in such a remote area, so be prepared for that if you watch a lot of TV.

Maybe a little fresh paint on the outdoor common areas. The free breakfast was just muffins and coffee.

This place is ok if you are just making a quick stop for a little sleep. The pictures make it look much better than it is. It is in need of some serious updating and repair. It was clean and the bed was ok (not great). It suited our needs for a short sleep stop. Wont be returning.

The only issue we had was that the Guest WiFi kept dropping out throughout the evening.

it was booked based on breakfast included. there was no breakfast. they did have coffee and very small packaged twinkle type bars. hardly a breakfast or even a continental breakfasts.

The curtains were missing hooks and would not close properly so my wife had to use hairclips to close it so people from the outside couldn’t see in. The rolling desk chair was missing a wheel. The shower did not have any cold water. My wife has lupus and anything hot causes her skin to burn and itch really bad, so she couldn’t take a shower. The window above the toilet in the bathroom was boarded up, but the screws weren’t even screwed in all the way so my wife was scared that somebody was going to come in from the outside at night. The bed was sagging in the middle and The Springs sounded like something out of the 40s. And the so-called “breakfast” was Twinkies and Hostess cupcakes.
