Receipt from prior occupant left in room. Bed was way to tall for me, I'm 5'2 and had difficulty getting on bed

There was a very disturbing guest who woke up the entire floor at 2:45am when he knocked on all of the first floor room doors. The police were called. My family with our small children were staying in the room. Although the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, it ended up not feeling/being safe. So we will not stay again.

The beds were comfortable and towels were fluffy.. Breakfast was good. No 'bells an whistles', but everything I needed for a quick overnight stay, and the price was almost HALF of surrounding hotels.
There is no elevator, so that has to be kept in mind.

the room was not very clean. it was ok but seeds left from previous guest.

The WiFi connection is very weak....needs to be updated, or extra boost added to routers/servers. Could not get any info on my phone for sending emails, etc.
