The lobby and breakfast bar area were lovely.

Our room was very dated. It smelled like smoke when walked in. it obviously had been a smoking room at one point. The view outside our window was of blackberry bushes and a trash piile

All staff I encountered were courteous and friendly. They were the highlight of my stay.

Wednesday night the heating unit was extremely loud whenever it came on and the toilet ran off and on most of the night as well. I reported the issues to the front desk the next morning as well as shared the videos I'd taken during the night of the "noises". The maintenance person was supposed to look at it while I was at my conference that day and when I returned to the room later that day, the "sounds" didn't seem to occur as often but the issue wasn't totally resolved. On Friday morning, after I'd picked up some hot food, I noticed ants crawling on the counter near the food and on the nearby wall. I reported it to the staff member on duty and she quickly went over to check it out. I took videos of the heating unit and toilet noise if you would like them.

room was advertised to have a spa tub in room but when checked in they blamed booking.con for adding “spa tub” to the description and said they don’t have one.

no soup to wash my hands but used the facial soap I’m not a expert but everything else was perfect for my one night

the room price was exceptional but we ended our stay early and received a promise of a refund. great breakfast and kind staff.

Room decor was shabby, room was dark and kind of depressing. Very fair price but prefer budget with some style. this was just dreary.

We liked the spa tub and the late check out . Very quiet and clean. Breakfast was pretty good also!

The elevator was broken, we hate stairs we live on the 3rd floor with no elevator at home so when we travel that's the one thing we don't want to do is stairs.

The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had so many choices.

I think landscape in the highway side of building needed to be cleaned up a bit . Looking out at the trees was nice but it was like woods no one had tended to .
