Comfortable throwback to the past but with modern amenities.

Our room had a fireplace which came in handy during some cold late-March days. Parking was plentiful, and the breakfast was decent.

It was a bit hard to find the office when we checked in, since the facility has staircases that are non-contiguous and no signage. Fortunately, a maid got me going in the right direction.

staff is amazing location is great right by where you need to be parking is tight but well allocated comfy room and nice big modern bathroom fireplace is a nice touch breakfast is good cannot recommend it enough

the carpet in the room is a bit old and smelly

Nice room and all very clean, liked the fire in the room and staff were all super friendly, the location is perfect with just a short walk to all local bars

the staff was very accommodating when we changed our mind on what room we wanted. sometimes it feels embarrassing to ask for what you really want so when staff don't make you feel judged it's nice. everyone wants to feel like they got the comfort and enjoyment the paid for and having friendly staff makes it even better.

despite the weather blowing rain on the balcony and power outage(all of these bay view cannot control) we had a blast!

the deluxe rooms fireplace. we needed the extra heat because of the power outage. I liked the view and private balcony!

Other than the power outage it was fine.

The room was clean and it was quiet

The electricity went out and so it got very cold and pitch black in room. There were no emergency lights and no extra blankets. The electricity never came back on by the time I packed up and left.

My daughter and I had a great birthday trip, and the location made it all so wonderful.

the location was fantastic, and we were able to walk easily to restaurants and shops. very clean and accessible. bright, flowers blooming everywhere. it was a delight.

the name was a bit misleading. perhaps there were some Bay Views views on the 4 and 5th floors. the view wasn’t bad, just not the bay.

Good for a short stay!

This property was clean and spacious, almost like an old fashioned motel with outside doors and nearby parking. Good location and all of Carmel is safe. Our view was basically the parking lot, but there are rooms with better views. Price is good.

Ideal location, right next to a local market and close to restaurants and the beach.

The pipes were loud. I could hear whenever the people next to me were about to shower. Probably not a big deal if you're not a light sleeper.
