I was able to book ahead online.
During checkin we had to wait when no one else was in line. The woman checking our group of 4 adults was not very pleasant. Alarms went off twice during the night. We found out they lost power and regained power a while later. Breakfast was late due to the power outage, which we understood. What we didn’t appreciate is the employee that responded “This is not my fault. I’m not anyone’s slave and I never will be.” Another employee told us breakfast would be in 30 minutes, but when we asked about coffee, she kept saying “in a minute”. We knew we had to be on our way and only wanted coffee to take with us. We never expected both employees to get so upset. As it was, we missed out on a good night’s sleep and had a full day’s drive before we reached our destination.

Location was very convenient since our event was in the Anderson Center. Enjoyed the breakfast which was one of the reasons we chose La Quinta.
Everything was fine. Our room was cool, clean, comfortable and the facilities were more than adequate.

love the convenience of half way to our destination
it is starting to be a bit run down, the hallway carpets smelled as well as the room and mattresses are starting to feel the bodies shape on the sides.

I love that when I checked in I had a smiling face, Amy, she was amazinggg! Ya have a real gem with her. She was informative very friendly, and helpful!

the room was comfortable enough and the price was reasonable
the hotel entrance was being refurbished and there was little thought given to the convenience and safety of the guests and the breakfast was poor quality with, for example, the sausage over cooked and dried out and the cream cheese only available from a common tub.

the entrance to the pool stopped working for room keys and front desk clerk had to go through mechanical room to get in and open the pool door. Also the housekeeping staff didn’t put fresh linen on my kids bed that was soil. They just made it up. Requested the Clerk to instruct them to remove soil linen and refresh the sheets.
