pool looked nice. it would be cool to use it. we didnt get in till 9:00 but wanted to still swim as a family. never got why there are hours on a pool.

We were placed by an outside door on the first floor that would not close on its own. Strangers could have just walked in. There was no lighting when you first walked into the room. We had to walk in the dark and try to find a light. There was only a small vanity in the restroom to get dressed. This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed at. Definitely did not meet IHG expectations or standards. I would like some compensation for my inconvenience. Also, I reported this the day after I got home and I still have not heard from the hotel manager.

The size of room we had was exceptional. But the room had an echo and the bed squeaked.

housekeeping should get a notice about when customers checkout. they are waking me up at 8am when checkout is at 11. I paid a good penny to rest comfortably not to be waken up a couple of times.

good location, clean and nice staff.

It was a noise night. it wasn’t the hotel fault but there was kids up and down the hall at night.

Need more lighting in the living space. It was a little too dark for my liking.

The ac leaked the 2 nights into a big puddle, it smelt musty and every time A shower was taken the whole bathroom was wet.
