The wonderful front desk staff our first night was so amazingly awesome. She was so accommodating and welcoming. I really appreciate her welcoming personality and comfort as we were there to drop our first born off to Jax State.

The tub was dirty the towels were dirty. The lights in the elevator were very dim and made m feel unsafe. Will NEVER Stu there again. This was not a Hilton quality hotel. You should close this place down.

The staff was very friendly and kind.
The cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t good. There was still hair in the bathroom and on the AC unit and the bathroom sink and toilet wasn’t clean. It was visible no one actually cleaned the room.

Great location! Lots of restaurants, gas stations and stores nearby.
Home2 Suites are normally consistent in quality. This one, though, was a disappointment. The air conditioning didn't work very well, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, the toilet paper holder was broken, and overall the feel of the hotel was rundown and a bit dirty. We were happy to get out in the morning.

Close to Choccolocco Park.
Had to clean the toilet myself upon arrival because it had used toilet paper in it and pee on the seat. Reported to front desk. There was no one to clean it. I was give 4 disinfecting wipes and no gloves. Only one towel in the bathroom and no bedding for the pull out sofa, just an empty bag.

Location
After traveling for a couple of hours and working all week my husband and I decided for a last minute get away I tried to pay cash for the room and was told they didn't accept cash the pool was dirty and was nothing like the website one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because of the pool

The rooms were nice with a kitchenette and very clean.
The pool and the pool area is extremely small! The smallest pool I've ever seen at a large hotel. My husband and I didn't use it because of that, so we would not book a room at this hotel chain again.
Trash was left piled up by the elevator for our entire stay.
