Free parking clean room.
Smoke detector beeping in next room due to low battery kept me up. I alerted multiple staff who did nothing.

Location
Rooms smelt like cigarette smoke. Property should not allow smoking in rooms. Should set up a smoking area outside for guest. We travel a lot and this is the worst (cigarette odor). Will not stay at that property again.

It was a mix-up on the pricing of the hotel they quoted me one price and when I got down there it was something different

Could not really say as we did not stay.. but wanted to let people knows.
We travelled over 9 hours to the hotel which was double booked. got the key to the room, enter and somebody else was already there.

I just like the staff kindness . Thank you Jacqueline . They had me set even though they had challenges with an ice storm causing problems in the Helena-West Helena area. Even though it was a not so good day to operate because of power outages in the area they did well.
There was nothing I did not like. The fact that I got there safe was enough. If I need to do that I would tell them directly. All good.

The rooms were clean and the free breakfast was fair
The water pressure and temp in the was very low and the hot water wouldn't get above Luke warm

The breakfast was okay. Just had eggs, sausage links, and cereal. I'm use to them having a full breakfast menu. The room was very clean and looked great.
Being on the second floor (I booked the room almost a month ago), not taking my American Express card (they could've said something ahead of time), there's no elevators (I have a mobility scooter and my husband had to carry it upstairs). The staff was unfriendly. The price.

This hotel was close to where I needed to be. There are very limited choices of hotels in Helena, and this was the best I could find. But this is not a property I would choose if I had better options available.
This is an older property, more so than I normally like to reserve. Also, even though the staff was adequate, they were not overly friendly or helpful.

The location was the only the thing the property had gong for it.
I didnt like that the prices were high to start with. They were too short staffed at the desk and management side. After I checked in, I was not informed my room was in an entirely separate building- which would have been ok. I went back to front to get the location, and had to wait perhaps 10 min for the overload check in person to even tell me where room was. The TV system was analog!. They had no modern tv service. I felt like I had stepped back into the 80’s. We had to turn it off, the analog service was simply useless. We were passing through, but we felt like we were in a science fiction movie with the staff and the people staying in the rooms near us. We were way out of place. I think if you are a party animal it may be ok.

The staff were so friendly, considerate, kind and very friendly (especially housekeeping). The bed was amazing.
The bathroom was dated and showed signs of age/cleanliness from old age/usage.
