It was to hot.

I liked the location. It was at walking distance to the beach.

I didn't like the fact that I was not given extra towels when requested since my girls were going to get in the pool and then come to find out I only had one towel in my room.

I went to the receptionists for pillows since we only had 2 for 2 beds 🙄 man said yes ill take them over. This is after 12 am why would you? But ok. When he came he gives me the pillows in standing at the door kids are asleep and takes a fabreze out and asks “can i?” I thought to the pillows nooooo he went right in all the way to the restroom PRIVACY MAN i have girls asleep it was soooo wrong. He wasnt spraying no fabreze he was looking around . Horrible experience!

Great area to stay and be able to walk visit the near by shopping center and restaurants 😀

Rooms should be updated. Did not use the pool, it did not look very clean.

I called prior to booking here to ask about my service dog and if there would be any issues with her coming or any fees. The guy told me there’d be no issue as long as I showed proof of her paperwork (which is not legally required) and if I could do that there would be no fee for her being there. When I showed up to check in I was told I would have to pay a fee because even though they are dog friendly and my service dog could stay there they have a cleaning fee that is charged nightly. Which should have been discussed on our phone call prior to me booking the hotel when I asked about the fees. Although SPI is known to be a more active place especially at night, this hotel has a lot of activity coming and going at all hours of the night which makes it loud waking you up constantly if your a light sleeper.
