I did not like the price for the property. No amenities did not feel welcomed by the receptionist loud location all day and night.

Loved the location. Reasonable price for proximity to Kemah Boardwalk.
Furnishings are a bit dated but very clean and comfortable.

The location is excellent- walking distance to the boardwalk and many bars. The rooms were very clean and had updated modern furnishings and decor. The bed was very comfortable.
The outside needs some refurbishment. Lots of street noise late at night and early morning due to proximity of major road.

We loved the bedding and pillows. Very comfortable sleep. Especially loved the soft comforter. I found it online at ikea and plan to order us one. We also loved the view from the upgraded suite.
We would have liked more coffee creamer options.

Location
Price, very noisy. Are main door didn't set in the frame right so wasn't shutting right to keep more of the noise out. Bathroom door frame was off so it was very hard to get door to shut.

This place is walking distance to lots of attraction ,you can enjoy all day long a wonderful Marina view from your window,Restaurants and choice of cocktails is all close by.
We were at the second floor and there is no elevator you must go upstairs the stair case.

Very convenient location. We walked to voodoo hut and shot bar to enjoy the night life and walked back to the hotel when we were done.
The main complaint I can give is the room we stayed in wasn’t very clean. The floors felt sandy, found a used bandaid on the side of the bed, headboards had smears on them. The only time we were in the room was to sleep at night and that’s what it was good for.

Desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Also loved that it was walking distance to everything.
Didn't like that my room window was facing a plain wall and the blankets on the bed was so thin that I was cold for most of the night.

The location was very convenient. It was walking distance from several local bars so it was easy to get to and from if interested in the night life. It was also walking distance from Kemah Boardwalk which is family friendly and has a variety of activities and restaurants.
Staff was not friendly. There was no elevator and we had several bags to take up to the third floor and the man working the desk watched my friend and I carry things up and did not offer to assist us.

We only stayed for New Year Eve, but that was what we wanted. The location was right where we wanted it to be.
