El personal del hotel fue muy amable con nosotros. El hotel está moderno y el cuarto espacioso.
No está tan cerca de los monumentos principales y como hacía frío, era difícil caminar hasta allá. También quedaba retirado de la estación del metro.

Everything. From being greeted so nicely when you enter the hotel to the cleanliness of the hotel to the immaculate room to the great views to the location, location, location to the nice restaurant. Staff (shout out to Lucy) and the rest of the staff were great. When my wife and I return to D.C. we will stay there. I am also telling All my friends and family.... Going to D.C. stay at The Hotel Madera!

I had fruit bowl and yogurt bowl for breakfast. They were both huge and food was wasted. I would prefer combining the two into one serving.
The coffee maker in the room was confusing. I would prefer a small drip coffee maker for early morning coffee, particularly since we were told breakfast was open at 9 am.
Please don’t charge a resort fee that shows in the final tally. Seems disingenuous.

The rooms at Hotel Madera were incredibly spacious and well appointed. The gym was excellent and the hotel was super close to some great west end cafes

The rooms are spacious, we're actually lucky given a free upgrade to the Premium Rooms.
The staffs are nice, especially the Breakfast Guy, he's super fun and helpful.
Would definitely recommend staying here while visiting DC.

Didn't eat any meals
Breakfast on a Saturday should be made available earlier. We ended eating at Starbucks as breakfast wasn't available until 10ish, maybe. Too late for this family ((-:

this is a non-smoking hotel, but some guests were smoking pot every night we stayed. the smell was overwhelming

Really great staff. Everyone we met was very friendly, positive and helpful. The bar has great cocktails and staff. Very comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again.

This property is a hidden gem! So nicely set up, the room is beautiful and clean. the bathroom is gorgeous and the staff is so friendly. There is a restaurant attached called firefly that was amazing for breakfast and dinner. would stay again!
The walls are thin, you can hear what is going on in the next room.
