They cancelled the reservation and sent us to a sister hotel. They said the property was closed.

The bed was really comfy and the shuttling was perfect for our trip to the US Open
It was a really awkward room layout and it's kinda in the ghetto so we didn't want to try walking anywhere

I only have one car but they charged me two cars!!! Room smells bad.

The room was spacious and the complimentary breakfast was good.
There were patches of blood stains on the comforter on the bed and an old fast food packaging on the floor of the bedroom. I am appalled to think that the bedding wasn’t changed/cleaned prior to my stay nor the room properly cleaned or not at all.

Was going to concert at nearby Citifield and hotel was close walking distance.
The valet parking was HORRIBLE, is run by outside company that parks cars for airport & Citifield events. Hotel guests waited 30+ minutes to have car parked prior check into hotel, top of that was charged $25 for my time…totally UNACCEPTABLE!! Breakfast Mediocre.

close to citi field and the shuttle driver was FANTASTIC!
The carpets were stained and the water didn’t drain the best in the shower.

The kitchen staff and the breakfast they provided was GREAT. The shuttle drivers, especially Henry were AWESOME!!!
Ice machines on each floor. Daily cleaning services. Enough towels and washcloths in each room to match the number of guest for the duration of the stay.

Location is a walk to Citi Field and a RELATIVELY good neighborhood.
The bed is uncomfortable, the room smells musty like old water damage covered up, and the street noise is very loud.

Improve parking information on website about valet parking. Website says "We can fit vehicles up to 7' 1". This is not true, the entrance to the parking building clearly states "maximum height 6" 5"". We had the expectation to accommodate a Ford Transit van, but the information on the website was misleading. If the website indicated the actual maximum height we would have looked for other hotels with better parking accommodations.

It's the first time I gave been there and I love it the housekeeping that clean the room. 307 did a espectacular job room was nice and clean congratulations did a amazing job at check out he was nice and friendly

Quite surprised when I arrived at 130 am there was valet service.
Breakfast could've had a few more options of fresh fruit. Juice machine was broken. Perhaps cans of juice could have been offered
