Extrem freundliches Personal, sowohl beim Check in den späteren Abendstunden als auch am nächsten Tag. Wenn man darüber hinaus noch Spanisch spricht ist es noch besser. Gratiswasser und Äpfel. Kurzer Fussweg von der Troley station H Street in Chula Vista. Auch die mexikanischen Grenze ist in weniger als 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Mein Zimmer war unglücklicherweise neben einem sehr lauten Getränkeautomaten, den man die ganze Nacht hörte.

Excellent room, all seemed very new. Very clean and very friendly staff. The optional hot breakfast was very good too.

The location. There were so many stores close by, some even walking distance. The pillows and bed were soft. Friendly staff.

The hotel was surprisingly nice. Rooms were updated and clean with a huge bathroom. Overall it felt like a southeast Asian hotel, which is a good thing.

I stayed on business and extended to 3 nights . Lovely staff, very welcoming, very clean room and the location was close enough to the shipyard for me. Good breakfast for 6 us dollars.

Its a good deal and near my visit area.
Upon entering we check the room. there is a used small towel on the sink. Sleeped the night noticed in the morning the window are open that we dont know. I felt i was not safe the whole night coz of this incident.

First front desk guy was horrible. He was on his phone for 10 minutes before he helped me and not with a customer. Wasn’t very accommodating. Also the lobby has a very strong smell of cologne a bit too much.

Noise insulation is horrible, noise from 6AM till the late night. Property management attitude was under any reasonable expectation with zero flexibility.

Very small did not look like pictures on line.First time staying at a Hotel that breakfeast was not included. Did not like bathroom not having privacy felt like boyfriend was in Bathroom when I was using toilet. Did not like only having one towel per person

Loved the over look of room and everything.
My a/c in room didn't work and it got very warm I went few time about it just gave up as it was very late and opened window.

The location was great, room was comfortable, staff was awesome and they let us check-in early.
The only things we missed was a microwave and mini fridge.

You definitely can't tell how good the rooms are from the street. The place doesn't look that great from the outside.
