Good location, quiet, very comfortable bed and room.

We had to leave early due to the weather. We did not get a refund for the unused day. They said that was up to you, Bookings.com, since we booked through you.

Location, cleanliness, and comfort

There was what looked like homelessness/drug activity in one room, However it was as we were leaving so it didn’t affect my stay.

The room was large, immaculate, nicely decorated, and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the towels were good quality and felt new. The location is pretty good: the motel is close to the highway, yet the room is quiet. It's a five-minute drive to downtown, which is very convenient. Although the motel doesn't provide breakfast, there is a coffee maker in the room, and many nice breakfast places are around.

Great price for location. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Good parking. The morning staff person was very warm and friendly.

Room was a little dark (one main window). Check in staff person seemed to be having a bad day. This affected our first impressions of the property.

The staff provided support during the Holidays and provided excellent quality service. They even gave each customer a Holiday gift.

The office staff was very helpful, giving excellent advice on which wineries were well worth visiting. We didn't have advance reservations at wineries so this was very useful.

We aren't used to the low toilet, a comfort height toilet would improve the room.

old facility, room phone is not working and heater is not working too , tv is small and dated, freeze at early morning to wake up can not sleep and ask for extra blinker or fix the heater, until i am checking out not receive and respond
