Pleasant, spacious and comfortable apartment – an enjoyable stay in La Laguna
This is a truly comfortable apartment, at least when traveling at mild temperatures, spacey, overall well-equipped with a nice bedroom and during our stay very quiet at night. Having a bit of salt, pepper, oil, etc. was very convenient, the offered niceties a pleasant touch. Overall, the kitchen is well equipped, with just enough for two people. We did not need it this time, but having a washing and drying option in house can be very useful. For our needs the location was perfect, a few minutes walk to the historical old town and similarly close to the university. There are multiple shopping options nearby. Public transport is really nearby as well. We took a rental car for the weekend to explore more of Tenerife and always found a parking option close by, although not always in viewing distance. For larger cars you might want to consider taking the paid parking option. Overall, we will definitely check this apartment as first option when returning to La Laguna.
No problem for me, but some things around the apartment are hard to reach for shorter people and we'd have some suggestions for further improvements in the kitchen.

Lovely little apartment in Laguna
Apartment was spotlessly clean, really well appointed and in a good location for the old town.

Very bright and spacious apartment. Nice roof terrace. Access to washi g machine and space to dry clothes. Very good provision of tea, coffee, spices, oils etc. Pleasant decor. Good communication with hosts who let us leave luggage securely before check-in time. Located a few minutes walk from the Transvia and the historic centre.

Great apartment
Convenient, large apartment. All details covered, even spices in the kitchen, detergent in the laundry room (which is on the roof). Efficient communication via whatsapp, no problem with English. Walking distance from the city center.
Some noise during the night, probably a party on the roof. Parking is not easy but managable (on the street).

Nice apartment near La Laguna centre
The apartment was very comfortable and modern with good facilities and very nice decor. It’s on a fairly busy road but on the 3rd floor so not too noisy. There was a lift. It was convenient both for walking into the historic centre of La Laguna and touring the Anaga mountains.
The apartment seemed to have changed hands recently and we were not met at the apartment as we had expected, keys were to be collected from a key safe. On our way there we were asked to pay 100€ damage deposit online or our reservation might be cancelled which was a bit off-putting and wasn’t mentioned when we made the booking. We were also asked to pay 5€ a day for the parking whereas our booking stated free parking. The instructions for the parking were sent via WhatsApp and not very clear though we did work it out in the end. All ended well though as we got the 100€ refunded after returning home.

Very attentive host but unfortunately didn't speak much English. Gave us a lovely bottle of wine on arrival and facilities were sparkling clean.
Nothing. You do need a car. It's 20 minutes drive to most places. It is at a higher altitude than other areas of Tenerife, making it about 7 degrees colder than the rest of Tenerife. Bring a jacket.
