Love the location! Great view!
Breakfast coffee is not strong enough!

An accessible place and relatively close to the site, but the facility is very old. The older man who received us was impatient and unpleasant. The place looks a bit run down

It was unique in the way the outside looks like a western town. The rooms themselves surprise you as they are a more open room with modern furniture. The bed was really comfortable.
Everything was wonderful.

Great location for visiting Bryce Canyon and value for money.
Outside of the building could use some painting, but rooms on the inside looked like they been recently updated.

Nice breakfast included in the room rate.
There were three of us on the reservation and the room only had towels for two guests. I had to go to the front desk to get the additional towels.

The location is good for visiting Bryce canyon and the surrounding areas. The hotel buildings are unique.
The bed and pillows caused me to have a terrible tension headache 2 of the 4 nights. The breakfast was awful.

friendly staff, clean rooms, great tv. we stayed 2 nights and struggled to find restaurants open but other than that, it was perfect. 20 minutes from bryce canyon. they plowed the snow in the parking areas
middle of nowhere and nothing open, not even their restaurant that they promote

comfortable room
room was on second floor... exterior stairs were tilted and had ice on them as did the sidewalk in front... a bit dicey, especially when carrying luggage. not much variety for breakfast. had to keep bathroom tap on (sign posted not to close it due to potential for freezing)

Ok room, but the pictures looked better then the room does.
But clean room, good bed
Ready peeld eggs for breakfast.
Ready peeled means eggs of days/ weeks old.
A least they tasted like that.

Just a stop and go hotel with no frills. close to Bryce Canyon and not as overpriced as hotels there. We only stayed one night. Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious enough for 4 of us. Bathroom was clean.
TV was not working. The hotel restaurant has very limited menu and is overpriced. we decided to go to elsewhere for diner. They also did not have a valid alcohol license at the moment of our stay.

The location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do but wished we had more information of what was around us.
The bed so hard that is was hard to sleep, the breakfast that was included was gross (boiled sausage and eggs, the juice was bad like in had been watered down to many times, and they wouldn't put out another box or whatever of oatmeal until they were all gone) and there was mold stops in the bathroom. If they fixed a few things, we would come back but we'll look for a different place next time.

the on site restaurant under separate management wasn’t open and it’s a bit of a schlep into panguitch
