The room had a moisture and it felt like everything was damp.

Management was very helpful and nice - made my stay a plus. I will always stay at Affordable Suites whenever I go to Rocky Mount.
The pillows were all flat and/or lumpy.

Great value for a clean and comfortable room. The property was well maintained outside. The inside was pretty basic but has a nice kitchenette with a full size refrigerator. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
One small issue was the toilet had to be shut off at the valve or it would run all the time. It must have been a known issue because it was shut off when I checked in the room. Other than that, it was great.

Room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed.
I was locked out of my room 2 days in a row. The card keys stopped working. I had sat outside the office for over an hour the first day. I couldn't get a hold of anyone after hours to let me in. One of my friends had to message the lady at the front desk via Facebook. The Emergency number to call was not an emergency number. It went to a voice mail box that was full. What if I would have had a real emergency? There are no offices hours on Sunday so I couldn't even talk to anyone about it when I left. I was very patient about it and someone did provide me a bag of candy (thank you) but sitting out in the cold for over an hour and the cards failing again the next day... something needs to be addressed and this is the only opportunity for me to address it.

It was amazing! Great staff, VERY comfortable, felt like home, GREAT walking distance. Quick and easy check in, check out. I loved it would definitely stay again!

This Affordable Suites is the best price for the quality of any hotel in Rocky Mount. It is a dependable, quality, safe place to stay. Whenever I go to Rocky Mount, I try my best to stay at this property. Plus the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional!

I stayed for one night in the middle of a long road trip. Room was clean and comfortable. They didn't skimp on the towels. Hot water was plentiful. Staff was pleasant.
Room looked a bit dated and shabby. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke despite being a non smoking room. The location isn't ideal for travel on I-95.

The manager DJ and her staff took great care of all of our needs

The housekeeper was nice and helpful. The manager was assistive and kind.
The microwave was dirty and so was the cutlery plus no wash cloths in my room. TV didn't work properly and my room was double booked so I was moved into a smaller room.

The location was close to the mall and restaurants.
The room did not have a TV. Had to get tv from staff in the middle of the night. Only one tv worked properly. Temperature controls were off. Either hot or cold, no in-between.

I made my reservations and paid thru booking. Com for 13 rooms and upon arrival only 12 rooms were available. Booking confirms I paid for 13 but hotel says only 12. This made the entire experience horrible as the hotel says they had NO MORE ROOMS. I'm certainly hoping this situation will be resolved soon and that I'm refunded for the room I paid for and DIDN'T HAVE and compensated in some way as I had to beat the bring and cost for this outing

I was pleased with how clean this place was. It excited my expectations. The girl at the office was great in explaining how to open the doors. The locks had a glish to open them. Other than that. Perfect
