It is spotlessly clean, great location for Hwy 99, the staff are friendly!

Staff incredibly kind and available!!! Very nice location and easy to reach! The rooms are really comfy and you are provided with everything. I stayed one night only but felt warmly welcomed and treated.
The pools are not so clean. They are not given a lot of maintenance and sanitation. Especially the hot pool: has the distinguishable color and smell of stagnant water.

Location
Changed policy asking for cash $200 deposit. In all my 1.5 yrs of monthly visits here have I never been asked for this. I travel 4 hrs to this location and never have cash let alone $200. Their sign even says booking through third party a CC could be used for the deposit. This was not honored as the girl was new at the front desk. Her Supervisor was not supportive at all to her by text and didn’t bother to help her by calling knowing a customer was upset.
Ultimately I left to stay at the Hilton and that is where I will continue to stay based on this experience.
The condition of these rooms and age does not constitute a cash deposit.

Lovely staff and room, very clean and well organised.
Most of the gym equipment was broken, and this was a consideration when booking this location.

Someone was already in the room the front desk checked us into. My husband had to fix the cable himself. The elevator sounded like it was going to snap any second. Pincher bugs in the bathroom. I paid for 2 queen beds, one was a full one was a queen. The A/C barely got cold. We asked for a late check out, they said sure, then harrased about when we were going to be leaving 45 minutes before it was time to leave. The whole hotel was surrounded by homeless people.

As for breakfast I thought biscuits and gravy were yummy . But each day was different some better than others .

Fruit at breakfast was poor quality, especially the apples.
Parking places are so narrow that trucks and SUVs - - and there are always a lot of them - take up 2 spaces. I had to park in the shopping center which is creepy and dangerous for a single woman.

Room was clean, staff super nice. We stayed here 1 night and was okay. There is great option to make waffles on the breakfast by yourself.
There was false alarm in the middle of the night which was on long time, not really comfortable. There was also a lot of noises from the corridor during the night. Not too much choice on the breakfast.
