Great location to festival place shopping mall, nice 4th floor apartment with balcony and big opening slide door, nice and clean, 2 bathrooms, nice welcoming pack.
I hate to say this but it was the worst mattress I have ever slept on, was so so bad I even debated leaving and going to a premier inn.

exceptionally clean. very comfortable beds. good layout. surprisingly quiet. Lewis left us a welcome pack with lactose free milk and gluten free goodies. hypoallergenic flat with cleaning products. great stay if you suffer allergies. Lewis was just amazing and helped us out instantly with a couple of minor issues, not related to the property. loved the balcony. we will most definitely be returning and hope we can book again.
We felt really safe with the locking system. all deliveries came to our front door and not outside door. lift to property. beds were super comfy. we really loved staying in this flat. 2 bathrooms and 2 showers, so no rushing around to get ready, was fantastic. wonderful we were provided with all cleaning products, bin bags and more. Well received and appreciated. Garden was immaculate and nice for a little sit outside in the sun. the
balcony gets the afternoon and evening sun which was also another lovely treat. We found our perfect stay to visit with family in Basingstoke. we cannot thank you enough, Lewis and team.

The hotel is in a great location, only 7 minutes walk to the railway station and shopping centre. The rooms are fantastic with full facilities and weekly cleaning. The management team are also very responsive with their responses.
There's not much to say, but it can be a bit noisy at night because it's right next to the road.

good location next to shopping centre. 1 parking spot just for you. clean sheets, towels, facilities as promised & worked.

the flat is outdated, it’s fine but not modern or fresh.
I didn’t like it was dirty, the place wasn’t cleaned properly. floor had dirt, for example big old white (yogurt ?)stain right under my feet when I sat on sofa. many other stains on the floor especially next to bin. the oven is so greasy and dirty that when I put it on I thought it was going to start fire, there was much smoke.
kitchen had all you needed but, old and dirty items.
bathroom surfaces hadn’t been even wiped, overall I was disappointed , wiping counters and mopping floor is basic cleaning I thought.

We had booked into another property in Basingstoke and were massively let down by them (they canceled on us right at the last minute). Booking.com recommended this as a last minute replacement and stranded in Basingstoke, miles from home, we didn't have much choice! It was clearly fate! We spoke to the team on the phone and within half an hour they had the place ready for us, even the heating on so it was toasty warm when we arrived. We were so impressed, the place was immaculately clean, spacious and fully kitted out. The dedicated off street parking was very secure, the wifi was strong and we didn't hear a peep out of anyone else while we were there. We were delighted that our potential disaster was salvaged so successfully and and had a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

The cleanliness was divine. It was extremely easy to actually get in contact for any additional information needed as well as extremely quick to respond. It was also secure and i felt safe, as well as also being extremely close to anything additional needed. It also supplied me with any extra things i could need such as nearby places to visit.
Honestly there wasn't anything i didn't like.

Location was a 5 minute walk from the main shopping complex. Rooms where bigger than expected and also the on-suite was a nice surprise.
Shower pressure wasn't the best but did the job, also there was no bedding for the person using the sofa bed. Had to take off one of the main bed sheets for them to use.

It was very comfortable and well equipped. A great base to explore the south of England
The water pressure was poor in the showers.

Honestly it was such a lovely apartment, the bedroom were clean and well decorated, we were supplied with toiletries and enjoyed relaxing together on the pullout sofa bed with a lovely view of the TV and a great natural sunlit morning.
Our only issue was that the bath was slow to fill and we couldn't get the temperature very high, but it was such a small issue.
