This is our family's second time staying at the Comfort Inn and we love it for the following reasons: 1) Location is away from the city's noise to give peaceful nights to sleep. 2) Price is just right. 3) Indoor pool. 4) Room has extra towels, a coffee maker, an iron board and iron, a hair dryer, and comfortable beds. 5) Oh my God, the breakfast was a very healthy breakfast (eggs, bread, croissants, bagels, sausages, quaker oats cereal, and other whole wheat cereal). Twenty-four hours of coffee, tea, and hot water, and the coffee is very delicious. The key to all this is that sometimes, we pay so much more for the bigger chains, and a simple thing like breakfast is more frequently dissatisfied than satisfied. For any future trips, we will be returning to Comfort Inn.

The only thing that I did not like is the windows are not openable.

I paid for the room on booking app & was expected to not anymore but I had to pay a $75 security deposit when I got to hotel. was told it can take up to 10 business days to return to my bank account.

The staff was friendly, hotel was clean

Shower was warm only. Didn't get hot. The bed was hard. My husband said it was fine for him but to me it was like laying on the floor with a blanket. I guess for the price though it was fair.

Nothing..... Poor staff, rooms in poor repair, did not feel or smell clean. Asked for a refund and not take the room to go elseware but was told no, that I had already paid. I will never go to a comfort inn again nor will I use booking.com. overall bad experience.

I didn't like the staff was setting the food out after working at the front desk and not washing their hands.

Have someone to specifically work with the food and only the food and wear gloves.
