The small hotel experience

We loved everything

beautiful property, very cute

very disappointed our fireplace had a big sign on it in the room it was broken and not to use it.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. We requested an early check-in and they allowed us once our assigned room was clean. The location was perfect. Right by haystack Rock and a 10minute walk to downtown.

While we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, it was very tiny. The full size bed took up about 2/3rd so my partner hit his ankle on the bedframe almost every time because he had to squeeze between the bed and the desk.

The breakfast was fine. Good, smallish portions (which we prefer), good coffee. Toast with the omelet would have been nice.

Our fireplace didn’t work at first but they fixed it.

Charming Hotel, nice deco, huge fireplace in the room, lovely bathroom, fluffy robes and towels, comfortable bed. Hotel is centrally located and close to the beach and restaurants/shops. Fast and friendly check in and out.

Bathroom fans super loud.

Friendly host, bar and restaurant on main floor, and short walk to the beach.

Fireplace in room was very nice.

Breakfasts should have been included in the price of the room. TV too complicated to operate.

We love the upgrade to the cottage. Fireplace, cabin feel, wonderful Beach experience. We will be back.

The bed needs to be replaced. The floor needed to be replaced too.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and relatively comfortable. The location was just off the main beach but within walking distance. Included parking was great.

The booking made it appear as though the room would be bigger. The room was very underwhelming and quite constricting for the price. It was facing the street and because it was hot and there is no A/C, you had to open the windows so there was a lot of noise from the main street. Not to mention people can see and hear into your room.

Very nice small hotel near the great beach and the Haystack. It's beautiful decorated in old New England style. Nice bathroom with a good shower. Breakfast at the terrace is good.

The rooms a bit too small and the Queen bed is really small for 2 persons.

The location was fabulous. You could the beach and it was under a 2 minute walk.

The bathroom was tiny; toilet very low. Leaving the windows open meant I heard the tv next door at midnight. Fire pit is wonderful unless you’re trying to sleep and again can’t leave the windows open. For $270 a night the rooms need to be updated.

I would like the big room in this facility.

The location of the property was excellent, short walk to the beach and into town. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Coffee machine, refrigerator and tv in room. Very pleased with the accommodations.

The outside of the building and landscaping needed attention. Paint and clean up leaves would be my advice.

Cute little cottage with comfy beds, comfy pillows and pretty quiet. Right in the middle of everything, close to restaurants, shopping and a block to the beach. I highly recommend it .
