Location, friendly staff, included breakfast

They did not have my two queen bed reservation, they gave me a king which did not work for my stay. Breakfast wasn't the best but was ok, still glad to have it. Parking was limited. They are doing construction and there were many trash bins taking up numerous Parking spots.

the pillows in the rooms could have been better, also more towels available in the rooms

bathroom. no shampoo, body gel or tissues.

dirty bathroom -construction grunge on shower floor and wall and black mold at bottom of shower door wicked noisy at night from being right next to busy interstate with a lot of trucks noisy from hearing talking from adjacent rooms and barking dog (needs soundproofing) room had no bath towels or facecloths we had to ask for them

they couldn’t pull up my booking reservation the halls were extremely noisy at 10 PM

Inside is shabby and our room was terrible. We asked to change rooms and were given another room that we went to but it had not been cleaned and had to go back to the first room. Front desk staff were not helpful at all…Room was stuffy…not good air circulation, window shade was broken, refrigerator sitting on the floor and very old tiny television difficult to use.

Hotel was exceptional for a Hampton Inn Harrisburg/Hershey. Updated and clean. Breakfast was well stocked and maintained. Appreciated the quiet hours signs as hotel has a tendency to have children running the halls. Wish there was similar sign at outdoor pool area for nighttime activity as children were screaming at 9:45pm (my room was located directly outside). Fire pit area is a nice addition. Front desk personnel and housekeeping staff friendly. Overall a great experience and will be returning.

Room was clean.

Microscopic refrigerator on floor. Microwave so low on top of microscopic refrigerator had to get on our knees to read the buttons to operate. Breakfast was horrible. Practically no choices.
