The sheets were filthy, and they brought us new ones after a struggle to get them. The remote on the TV didn’t work the shower didn’t work. No manager on duty. Supposed to get a refund, but that hasn’t happened

staff wasn't here for checkin!! the cleaning lady kicked me out of the lobby saying that someone should arrive "around 4pm" when chekin was allowed from 3... then there was a queue bc we were many waiting. there's 2 building and I was in the one away, separated by a dangerous road, so no pool. old building that's getting older without repairs and maintenance. all glory in the 90's I would imagine, but falling apart. coffee machine didn't work either

La chambre était toute petite avec une salle de bain dont l’hygiène était douteuse. L’eau chaude et le chauffage ne fonctionnaient pas. Le lit était ok mais un petit coussin par personne n’était clairement pas assez il y avait des auréoles

Struttura comoda per visitare il Grand Canyon. Ci sono varie tipologie di camere, la nostra era perfetta. Spaziosa, pulita e wifi funzionante. Chi commenta in modo negativo probabilmente ha prenotato per il Motel, basta guardare bene le foto.

Zimmer: Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Queensize-Bett war sehr bequem und reichte völlig aus für 2 Personen.

Leider hörte man jeden Schritt, welche die Gäste im oberen Zimmer machten, bei uns unten. (Nicht übertrieben)

One of the rooms we were given was a really bad room with a broken TV, broken airco and no coffee machine. We complained and they gave us another room which was perfect. The server at breakfast was genuinely nice and helpful.

The heated pool was not at all heated.

The Room was dirty, bugs, wet carpet. Definitely needs to be remodeled..small small TV with 3 stations .

restaurant was perfect. food was good, price was good and staff was super. maybe just in need of an update in lights and seats.

lady at the reception. very unpleasant, not interested, pool was out of service and not even an apology. a smile was no where to be found. both days. hotel and most certainly around the pool full of trash and weeds. like it’s abandoned. the whole place had a kind of unpleasant lemon smell. unpleasant it felt like it’s being sprayed to cover less plaisent smells.

Room was hot locks didn’t work had to wait for maintenance to unlock and couldn’t leave so not good.

Dinner at the restaurant was great and the the waitress was very nice and attentive.

Bedside lamps didn’t work.

They serve a late dinner..were pretty flexible with check in and out and friendly.

Further from the grand canyon than advertised. It's 30 mins to get to anything you can see. It's probably not quite worth the price and bit rough around the edges but perhaps that is what pay for this area. Moab accom for less money was notably better..beef faijta was super salty. But overall it was fine.

Great location and staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. Be aware that you may not get a room in the main hotel building, you may be in the building across the highway, which was fine with us, but may not be for others.

The shower never truly got hot, which is something you want after a long hike in the snow. The window in the bathroom was broken and the pane was replaced with wood, which made the shower experience even colder.

Great location and the place was very clean. Food was really great too and everything was priced pretty reasonably given the area.

The front desk had messed up and given our room to someone else in the middle of the night. So we were woken up with someone trying to enter our room. luckily we had locked it from the inside, but it was not a great experience.

Horrible! There’s no hot water in the shower. And we found a spider on the bed. The receptionist at the front desk named Tyra had a horrible attitude and refused to give any compensation. Please avoid!!!

Location was good. Staff tried their best.

A folded up wash cloth was helping hold the shower curtain up in the bathroom. Looked like mold in some places in the bathroom. Window in the room was filthy. Restaurant food wasn’t great. Nor were the Cocktails from the bar. The ancient toilet kept stopping up with just urinating flushes so we had to keep the plunger with us in the bathroom the entire stay… and noticed several plungers outside other room doors on our floor while there. We had to borrow an extension cord from the front desk just for our cpaps - not enough outlets in the room.
