beds were hard. breakfast bar had expired items.

Location was great for our purposes. The bed was very comfortable, room was mostly clean and there was plenty of room. The nightly rate was pretty reasonable for LA Quinta. The front lobby was clean and appeared updated. The man who was at the checkout desk was very friendly and pleasant to us.

The female staff clerk checking us in was very bland, (not rude) but not definitely not friendly! She didn’t even look up when checking us in. It was not the kind of warm welcome a guest might expect. The temperature stayed at 71 degrees during the night even though we had turned down the thermostat to 68, even 67. We were hot during the middle of night, and it was only the 2nd week of MARCH. We felt like lowering the thermostat adjustment didn’t change the temperature in the room at all! The in room fridge was not working well either, as it did not get cold (only barely cool) - so we had to use our ice chest for cooling bottles of water and our soft drinks. There was no complimentary bottles of shampoo, conditioner or body wash anywhere in the bathroom. We had to use the one tiny bar of hand soap left in the bathroom to shower with, and we had to skip washing our hair as there was no shampoo or conditioner provided. But, by far the thing that was most disappointing was the complimentary breakfast that was very subpar for a newer LA Quinta. The breakfast sausages were greasy & undercooked, the eggs were cold & very dried out. The biscuits were hard and dried out, too. Only one of the 2 waffle makers was working, so that a line formed making wait for a long time, even though there was not a lot of people in the breakfast area at the time. The syrup for the waffle, ran out. We had no cups to for coffee and juice, so I had to go looking for the attendant to request cups. So the breakfast at this property was very, very disappointing. There’s no hot oatmeal, or grits like some hotels of same quality offer their guests, (only dry instant oatmeal.) Also no gravy for biscuits. Bananas were available as the only fruit offered.

the property was clean and nice. the staff was very nice and helpful. our room was comfortable. nice small breakfast. everything was easily accessible.

a little noise from other guests, the walls are thin. but I guess that’s hotels for you. other than that, nothing to complain about. good for the price.

The location and interior were good. I was presently surprised that they accommodated fur babies. I do not own any pets but the whole hotel smelled amazing and you was really clean which is big for me

The room smelled stuffy. The closed in smell was coning from the cooling unit, so I couldnt run it
