The lady was very nice and so was the manager so I have nothing other than to say that they were good people

The location was perfect for traveling back and forth to Sunset TX (about 25 min drive). The free continental breakfast was good, available from 6a-9a.
The shower pressure wasn't all that great. The pool was closed our whole stay, which was a bummer for our kids. I also think there was something wrong with our bed. I'm not sure if it was broken or if the mattress was just crappy.

Nice, clean. Staff was A++. Had an issue and staff didn't bat an eye. Could not ask for better. Have family in the area so we decided we don't have to look anywhere else. Nice breakfast.

latchFront desk clerk seemed put out she had customers to check in . granted the A/C in the lobby and hallways were out of service might of lead to her attitude. Room was not throughly cleaned. Used bar of soap in sink, wet wash cloth in the shower. Trash in the trash cans . Floor felt gritty. - couldn’t use the safety latch in the main door .only the deadbolt. Bathroom door would not lock properly. Pet friendly was the only reason for choosing this hotel. Grassy area in front of hotel not mowed - grass too tall for small dog. Light out in entry way of the room. Bathroom lighting too dim and lighted bathroom mirror gave off a blue gray light tint. Loud people on the floor above - screening kids and running around stomping. At 1:30 am awaken to the sound of someone kicking or dragging aluminum cans down the hall - slamming doors. This continued the rest of the night. We prepaid for two nights - but due to the poor condition of the hotel we packed up the next morning and did not return. Stayed at the Baymont up the room instead for the second night. We do a lot traveling and we’ve stayed in quite a few so called dumps but this place was the worst for the price they charged.

The lobby area was bright and clean. The staff that checked us in was very pleasant and professional.
The floor our room was on had an offensive odor in the hallway (musty and appeared to not be cleaned regularly). I try to select a hotel that offers breakfast, so it is very aggravating when my husband took the last of the eggs on the breakfast bar and when I told the staff more eggs were needed, her reply was that we are out of eggs. Also, the staff had to be asked twice to fill the coffee carafe. My breakfast was half over before I could even get my morning coffee. And as there was not a coffee pot in the room, just getting my morning coffee was an issue.

it’s not far from the event we went and it’s surrounded with fast food restaurants.
the only thing I don’t like is in the bathroom there’s no place to hang your towel so after shower I have to walk to get it from the opposite side of the bathroom

the room was nice and clean.
there was broken glass in the parking lot so it was hard to find a spot to park. The elevators don’t show you the right floor and they are really slow and dirty. there was a man sitting in the entrance with all of his beer and he was drinking it and appeared to be drunk.

I didn’t get the room I booked, 1 remote for 2 tv’s, I had to go get blankets for the bed

For the first time ever I don’t have anything positive to say about a La Quinta
I reserved a family room and ended up with a double queen-so not enough beds for all, no cots available, no apologies made.
Room: soap and hair in drain, floors swept but clearly not mopped, 3 live spiders walking around, no hot water, noisy air conditioner, tiny tv, flat and hard pillows.
Ice machines on all floors out of order.
No vending machines.
Worst hotel/motel experience ever!

dog poop and trash everywhere outside. navigation on booking.com took us no where close to the hotel

the toilet seat was broken, the supposed shade on the window let light in all night which made it very hard to sleep. the bathroom was dirty. the tv was locked on the wall between the fold away bed and the main bed which made it impossible to watch and to control the sound and change channels.

it was dirty in the room and the floors and the pool was not very clean and there were roaches in the halls

Said she didn’t have a room for me and didn’t want my confirmation number when I offered. She was on her personal phone entire time and hung up when I walked away to help a group of men that walked in behind me.
