The location was great! It was walking distance to many restaurants and other great amenities. Very short drive to historic main street. My wife and I would definitely stay again!

Due to in being the off season the hotel was updating/upgrading different services. We knew about it when booking but it would be nice to see the hotel in its full grandeur.

it was very spacious and comfortable. close to downtown.

the coffee maker was not cleaned at all in the inside- the shuttle to downtown was not running on a Saturday. but the walk to downtown was not bad. not sure what the resort fee is supposed to cover- since the things it was supposed to cover- the pool and shuttle were not running.

Price was great, nice location within walking distance of many places, and our suite was nice and big for our family. It was great to have a kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed (dishes, appliances, etc.).

No amenities open due to construction projects within building. Host didn't seem very receptive or friendly, just "doing his job" kind of vibe. Chairs on patio were filthy so we couldn't use them to enjoy sitting outside. Would've liked to have use the fireplace, but it wasn't operational.

The main bathroom shower had lack of heat til fixed the second day. The resort was too dusty as I was sneezing everywhere. My room was clean but the dust was at the. Front door and on the balconys. I asked for a late checkout it was granted to me then they called me back 5 minutes later and said that cleaning crew has to get in as soon as possible when could I leave so I left in the next 15 minutes.

we were very pleased with our accommodations. Our room was a great size, having multiple bathrooms was definitely a plus. Enjoyed the comfort of the fireplace and kitchen amenities. The hotel was in a perfect location, a short ride to either Park City, Main Street and The Canyons.

The hotel is under some construction, however, Raintree was upfront about the renovations at the time of my booking. I appreciated their honesty. The carpeting was very old and a bit dirty. Of course due to Covid, housekeeping and room maintenance did not exist. However, whenever we requested any supplies they were instantly brought to our room.

it was quiet, clean and good location.

sofa bed very uncomfortable. some dresser drawers broken. disposal needed repair. coffee pot broken, got another one and that was broken too but functional.

My room was huge, clean and had a nice view from the balcony

The bed was a little soft but didn't interrupt my sleep at all
